Another way of Introduction...
I'm not as good as what you have seen, I'm just like anybody who started from scratch.
How I started my career as Real Estate Agent?
Started as Agent in 2007, after my National Service, have $5,000 saving in my POSB saving account, wanted to be my own boss then.
Its really my own boss, everything do by my own, but i learnt a lot from beginning as it was the start of the boom in real estate.
I didn't do very well in my 1st 2 years as agent, manage to earn only 5-figure income annually. Was a little depressed as some have earned more than me then. I did lots of hard work like door knocking, road show, telemarketing, distribution of name cards, flyers all by myself.
Then i realise, i didn't focus on right area to become an expert there, so i started to do Punggol & Sengkang HDB where i stay near now.
I manage to earn my 1st 6-figure income annually then, when i have consistent leads to handle in the same area.
After 3-4years of consistency, a little stagnant in income, i realise there are even better way of earning BIGGER Money in Huttons New Launches sales. As Developers are the one paying us, commission also went up in New Launches. One of my new agent joined only 1st month manage to close 3 deals in Thomson Three, his maiden project, another of my new agent close 2 Rivertrees Residences. Their cost are just commitment in the project sales. Very low cost in marketing then.
Then i also realise, by increasing the Marketing cost, you can earn 6-figure income in a MONTH!
This have kept me excited in this Career. And I'm still learning in this business, will be one of the TOP TOP agent in Singapore one day.
