There are 151 units of 1-bedroom design; 250 units of 2-bedroom, 36 units of 3-bedroom and 4 penthouses. The sizes for the 1-bedroom are 576 sq ft - 721 sq ft. For 2 bedrooms, the sizes range from 859 sq ft to 1,059 sq ft. The 3-bedroom units have sizes 1,132 sq ft – 1,225 sq ft.
Quality built is expected with premium hard flooring to all kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms and hallway areas, high-quality carpeting in all bedrooms, painted internal doors with stainless steel ironmongery and veneer outer doors with satin stainless steel lever handle. Kitchens are custom-designed with handle-less doored units, solid surface worktops with splashbacks, induction ceramic hobs, built-in electric ovens with high level positioning, integrated refrigerator, freezer, and dishwashers and recessed stainless steel sinks with contemporary mixer taps.
For bathrooms, they are tiled with a bath, basin, WC-installed; premium fixtures and fittings, rainhead fixed showers in main bathrooms and each ensuite has a shower screen with slider door. Heated towel rails are installed to all main bathrooms, ensuites and WCs.
